Just a quick update for everyone who hasn't heard from me in a while...

So, I just found out, Today, that next week Blockbuster is being forced to cut hours. Our D.M. (District Manager) called and informed us that we 'either cut hours, or close our store.' ... Yeah. We chose the first option.

And now here I am, realizing that instead of making roughly 35 - 40 hours a week, I'm going to be reduced to a crumbling pile of merely 20 hours. Already I can't afford food, so this is going to be tough.

I've started my search for a second job, and so far I've only come up with one, although I have no idea if I'll go through with it. It would involve me working (on the weekends) at my aunts gym, where I'd be around little kids. Anyone who knows me knows that I can't stand children. But I'm at the point where I don't care. It's called 'Desperation.'

To make matters worse, my Ferret-Taco, Akai, is going to have a vet appointment, because she's ill. I WILL take her to it, and I WILL find some way to afford it. Somehow.

I also realized, with much relief, that I'm glad I ordered my Blue October tickets before hand. That way I'm assured that I WILL get to see them, live, and hopefully get them to sign my CD's. And speaking of CD's... Blue October's new CD, 'Approaching Normal', has been released today! Whoopee! You know who can't buy it? Me. One of the biggest fans of Blue October, my favorite band of ALL TIME, and I can't buy their freaking NEW CD because BLOCKBUSTER thought it would be a good idea to cut my friggin' hours...

So I come to the title of this entry, and yet the ending. In the End, it's all a Terrible Thing.
